For our small to medium size business partners and friends, we offer a variety
of the most popular and most advanced phone systems in the world. For systems
under 10 telephones with or without voicemail, the Avaya Partner ACS and the Samsung
DCS are a perfect match. With the nice sleek and professional look of the phones,
it makes any cluttered desk seem organized!! For systems over 11 phones, we suggest
the Nortel Networks Norstar Meridian or the Samsung 500. Both systems can grow
up to over 350 phones, and support up to 2 T-1 circuits at a time. That translates
to 48 digital telephone lines, not including “POTS” or backup lines
for incoming and outgoing service. There are many types of circuits, such as T-1,
PRI, ISDN, and BRI just to name a few. They all have different functionality depending
on the task at hand. For our large to “super-sized” customers, we
offer the Avaya Enterprise 8300, and the Nortel Networks Option 11, which can
both grow to heights not yet fathomed!
Voice mail is a must for any business or corporation. We offer and maintain all
proprietary voice mail systems for whatever switch we install. Sometimes the proprietary
voice mail is not enough, especially if the switch on site is being networked
with an off site switch. By networking multiple sites and systems together, we
can utilize 1 large voicemail system, and have 1 receptionist transferring calls
to and from other sites and phones.

contracts as well as our emergency response times for system failures of any kind.
TECCI requires 4 hours from time of emergency phone call to time of temporary
or permanent repair. We have a multitude of parts in stock, but some parts are
always special order or not in stock at that time, so we get service back to you
however possible.

Telecom of America. As an agent of a reseller, we are pleased to offer all of
the services you are accustomed to with Verizon, MCI, Bridgecom, and so many other
major carriers at almost 1⁄2 or better with the same voice and data quality.
The hardest part of re-selling dial tone to a customer is getting them to understand
that the service is still provided by Verizon. Although the circuit comes from
the company you subscribe to, the copper it travels to your facility on is still
owned by Verizon. Most of the time, the circuit is fine when the service has interruptions,
but there is a break in the copper on Verizon’s side. Although your IT manager
will call the service provider, they will call Verizon to repair the issue. As
of 1982, the United States Supreme Court made a ruling that there will be no more
monopoly’s on service providing. Therefore, the phone company was ordered
to make provisions for other new companies to be born, and use the cabling structure
of the phone company to transport their services in to the tenants of any building.
