1) Are you insured?
YES, we carry a $2,000,000 each occurrence general liability insurance. This coverage allows us to operate as a company, and puts the customer at ease knowing that any possible damage created by TECCI would be fully covered with just a phone call. When required, we can provide this coverage at any time before beginning a project.

2) When employees come to our job, are they covered?
YES! All employees and/or subcontractors are fully covered with Workers
Compensation and NYS Disability insurance. This means that any potential injuries sustained to or by a TECCI worker is fully covered, and immediately rectified.

3) What are your qualifications?
Our expertise mainly lies in the communications construction field. We pride ourselves in being a diversified company in the services that we offer the customer. With over 10 years in the communications industry, we have experienced enough to know the right thing and the wrong thing. The right thing is defined in town, municipalities, states, and federal code books. The good book that affects us most in our fields of work would be the NEC (National Electrical Code). The NEC, and the inspectors interpretation of the codes and bylaws is what governs us and gives us the rules of “war”.

TECCI was founded on a simple premise, beautiful product at a reasonable price! Our customers have the comfort of knowing that when they call us, they no longer have to worry about the little details. As a full service technical service provider, we will coordinate with all of the other contractors that have the possibility of affecting our final product. The GC, or General Contractor has the final say over everything, so most efforts go into keeping him happy. Next would be the electricians, whether it is to get us our dedicated outlets for our racks and systems, or discussing piping going under the floor to a central location for receptionist or cubicles.
